- 4 salmon fillets about 150g each
- 500 g of asparagus trimmed
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon sliced

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and add them to the frying pan skin-side down.
Cook the salmon for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
While the salmon is cooking, in another pan, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then add the trimmed asparagus and cook for about 5 minutes, until tender but still crisp.
Season the asparagus with salt and pepper, and squeeze some lemon juice over it for flavor.
