Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings cut into drumettes and flats
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt use half if using table salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons Frank's RedHot Sauce
- Blue cheese dressing for serving
- Celery sticks for serving

Dry the Wings: Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
