Fruit Sando
This Japanese-inspired fruit sando is a delightful treat featuring fresh strawberries, kiwi, orange, and a luscious whipped cream filling tucked between slices of soft milk bread.

- The Fruit:
- 12 ripe and juicy strawberries washed and sliced
- 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
- 1 navel orange peeled and cut into segments
- The Bread:
- 4 slices of shokupan Japanese milk bread. If you can't find shokupan, any fluffy white bread will work!
- The Whipped Cream:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 5 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon rum optional

- Assemble Your Masterpiece: Spread a generous layer of whipped cream on one slice of bread. Arrange your sliced fruits over the whipped cream in a colorful pattern - let your creativity flow! 
- Seal the Deal: Add another layer of whipped cream over the fruit and place the second slice of bread on top, gently pressing down. 
- Slice and Enjoy: Using a sharp serrated knife, carefully cut your sando in half diagonally to showcase the beautiful layers. Repeat to create as many sandos as you like.
